We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support a short-term contract assignment in Indiana. This role focuses on entering and updating customer information accurately while helping the team reduce existing administrative backlogs. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on a computer for extended periods, maintains a high level of accuracy, and can contribute in a business-casual environment.

Responsibilities:
• Enter customer records and related information into company systems with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.
• Review incoming information for missing details, inconsistencies, or formatting issues before updating records.
• Help clear accumulated backlogs by processing a high volume of data in an organized and timely manner.
• Maintain consistent data quality by checking entries against source documents and correcting errors when needed.
• Prioritize daily tasks to meet short-term assignment goals and productivity expectations.
• Communicate with team members regarding unclear information or record discrepancies that require follow-up.• Previous experience in data entry or other administrative support work.
• Strong typing skills with the ability to enter alphabetic and numeric data accurately.
• Comfort using computers and data entry systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors quickly.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
• Clear communication skills and reliability for the duration of the contract assignment.
