Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation

Pay: $100,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

Location: Hybrid opportunity based in Las Vegas, Nevada, offering flexibility while maintaining strong collaboration with an experienced litigation team.

Note: Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Nevada and have at least 1 year of civil litigation experience on either the defense or plaintiff side. Additional California bar admission is a plus.

• Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle court appearances, discovery, written motions, and legal research.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and pretrial preparation.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding case developments and strategy.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and reports.
• Collaborate closely with partners and fellow attorneys on litigation strategy.
• Participate in trials and gain valuable courtroom experience.
• Maintain high standards of advocacy and client service.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Nevada Bar license required.
• 1+ years of civil litigation experience on either the defense or plaintiff side.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage cases and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• California bar admission is a plus.
