New Home Sales Consultant

We are assisting a premier luxury home builder in South Charlotte in hiring a New Home Sales Consultant. This position is responsible for selling high-end new homes within an exclusive residential community, guiding prospective buyers through the home-buying process, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial inquiry through contract execution. The average home price within the community is approximately $1.8 million.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through model home traffic, referrals, internet inquiries, realtor relationships, and community events.

• Conduct model home tours and present available floor plans, features, and community amenities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective homebuyers.

• Qualify buyers regarding their housing needs, preferences, and financial readiness.

• Present pricing, financing options, and available incentives.

• Prepare purchase agreements and sales documentation accurately and timely.

• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects using CRM tools.

• Achieve established sales goals and performance metrics.

• Coordinate with construction, design center, mortgage, and title partners throughout the sales process.

• Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and community inventory.

• Attend community marketing events, grand openings, and realtor outreach activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in new home, real estate, residential construction, or related industries.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• NC Real Estate License
