Position Overview

\n

Apex Energy Technology is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented employee to support senior leadership and assist with day-to-day business operations. This role offers exposure to executive decision-making, project coordination, business operations, and strategic initiatives within a growing company. Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence
\n
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, landlords, and external partners
\n
• Assist with contract administration, document preparation, and record management
\n
• Conduct research and prepare reports related to energy, technology, and business operations
\n
• Support office administration and daily operational activities
\n
• Track project deadlines and follow up on action items
\n
• Prepare presentations, meeting materials, and executive summaries
\n
• Maintain organized company records and documentation
\n
• Assist with special projects and business development initiatives
\n
• Provide general administrative and operational support to company leadership
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree 
\n
• Bilingual English & Mandarin Chinese required
\n
• Strong organizational and time management skills
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
\n
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
\n
• Authorized to work in the United States
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n

\n
• Prior experience supporting executives, managers, or business leaders
\n
• Experience with operations, project coordination, or office management
\n
• Interest in technology, energy, data centers, or infrastructure industries
\n
• Experience reviewing contracts or coordinating vendors is a plus
\n

Training & Travel Requirements

\n

The selected candidate will participate in a comprehensive three-month onboarding and training program to develop a strong understanding of company operations, project coordination, and industry-specific knowledge related to energy and data center infrastructure. T his role requires occasional domestic and international travel to support business operations, training, meetings, and special projects. Flexibility and willingness to travel are important for success in this position.
