Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, fostering positive relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain meticulous records, including up-to-date documentation and accurate progress notes for each client.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling is required.

• At least one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting after completing your degree.

We operate under a fee-for-service model, ensuring guaranteed rates with payments made ahead of collections—providing you with financial stability and security.
