Work Environment\n

The successful candidate will work remotely, engaging in telehealth consultations that provide flexibility and convenience for both the therapist and clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, completing initial intake evaluations and ongoing assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to establish personalized treatment plans based on their individual needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring that strategies are tailored to uniquely guide their recovery.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to client conditions.

• Provide comprehensive education to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment pathways, and valuable self-care techniques.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans dynamically based on client feedback and clinical observations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, enabling you to practice and provide supervised clinical guidance.

• A solid understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT and DBT, with a view to delivering informed and effective therapeutic interventions.
