Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Create individualized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities, adjusting techniques as necessary to effectively meet the unique goals of each client.

• Implement individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to clients' specific situations, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Provide crisis intervention support for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, demonstrating calm and effective problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results is accurate and up to date.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Offer education and resources to clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them with knowledge and support.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW) issued by the state of Tennessee.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities to inform effective treatment planning.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience providing mental health counseling.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
