Description - Your Responsibilities

• Conduct both routine and advanced diagnostic tests across disciplines such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology in accordance with established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, resolve errors, and perform preventative maintenance as well as calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Document procedures meticulously, facilitate training for new employees or interns, and help maintain laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certification Required

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hire.
• Maintain current certification for the duration of your employment.
