Description - Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory examinations-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-adhering strictly to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results meticulously for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection and sample preparation as required.
• Document processes in detail, mentor new employees or students, and uphold the highest standards of lab quality.
• Ensure a clean and safe workspace while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree, and eligible for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Requirements

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) required within your first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
