• Support the collection of specimens and meticulously prepare samples for testing as necessary.
• Document all laboratory processes in detail, assist in training new personnel or interns, and maintain high standards for laboratory quality.
• Ensure a tidy, safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Achievement of ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required within your first year of employment.
• Maintain valid certification throughout your tenure.
