We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to support our client's team. Location: Irvine, CA. Pay rate: $26 p/h. Employment Type: Temp-to-hire. FLSA Status: Non-exempt. Schedule: M-F 7 am to 4 pm.Job Description/Duties:Sets up new vendors.Matches and posts inventory invoices.Checks and verifies expense reports.Gathers receipts from employees and processes credit card statements.Prepares and participates in special projects, including the rebate process, research, and summarizing.Enters invoices and processes all payments, including preparing manual checks as necessary.Billings, filings, and daily Bank Deposits.Review return authorizations and issue credit memos.Customer Accounts maintenance.Collections.Receive payments and post to appropriate customers and general ledger accounts.Other duties as assignedQualifications:Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.Must possess 3+ years' experience in Accounting (receivables and payables).Good verbal and written communication skills.Must be detail-oriented and have good organizational skills.Experience with MS Office and good computer knowledge required.Experience in the trading/manufacturing industry preferred.Knowledge of Great Plains software a plus.Benefits: Eastridge Workforce Solutions offers the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
