Shipping & Receiving Associate

We are looking for a reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for receiving incoming materials, preparing outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a safe and organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory

• Verify shipments for accuracy and perform quality checks

• Pick and stage materials for production or outgoing orders

• Operate warehouse equipment and shipping systems

• Maintain accurate inventory records

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe

• Work closely with team members to meet daily goals

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of shipping and receiving experience

• Knowledge of inventory control and material handling

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience

• Forklift experience

• Order picking and inventory management experience

• High School Diploma or GED

Work Environment

This position supports warehouse and distribution operations in Orangeburg and West Nyack, NY . Available shifts include:

• 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Some overtime and rotating weekend work may be required based on business needs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orangeburg, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
