About the Role:
Universal Windows Direct of Dayton is looking for a driven and personable In-Home Sales Representative to join their growing team in West Chester, OH. This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding sales career by helping homeowners transform their living spaces with premium window and home improvement solutions. Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home sales consultations with pre-qualified homeowners to present window and home improvement products
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and customized quotes tailored to each customer's needs
• Build rapport and trust with homeowners to guide them through the sales process from consultation to close
• Follow up with prospective customers to answer questions and overcome objections
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance goals
• Accurately document customer information, appointments, and sales activity
• Represent the Universal Windows Direct brand with professionalism and integrity on every visit

Requirements:

• Prior experience in in-home sales, retail sales, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
• Comfortable conducting evening and weekend appointments as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to build trust quickly and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
