Location Requirements Must be located near New York City, NY and authorized to work in the United States. Required Education Preferred bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Associate’s Degree required. Required Qualifications / Experience Experience in Talent Acquisition within a large, global, and matrixed organization. Successful recruitment of mid- to senior‑level professionals in Product, Strategy, Technology, Payments, or related functions. Experience recruiting for crypto, stablecoin & blockchain. Strong sourcing capabilities and talent pipeline building. Results‑driven, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders at multiple levels. High business acumen, professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Knowledge of employment laws and hiring practices. Comfortable with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Ability to work in a hybrid model (three days per week in office). Preferred Qualifications Experience with Workday ATS. Role Summary Our client’s Talent Acquisition Team develops innovative talent advisory and sourcing strategies to attract world‑class talent. As a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition, you will recruit top talent across multiple functions in North America. Responsibilities Deliver full‑cycle recruitment for mid‑ to senior‑level roles across North America, including crypto, stablecoin & blockchain. Design and execute tailored recruiting strategies for assigned client groups, leveraging internal and external talent pools. Proactively source, assess, and engage high‑quality talent using market intelligence tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter. Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, provide talent market insights, and advise on recruiting approaches. Deliver a seamless and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Build trusted relationships with People & Capability partners to ensure alignment. Provide regular recruiting updates and insights to stakeholders, and maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system. Stay informed on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and evolving market conditions. Contribute to Talent Acquisition team initiatives, process improvements, and special projects as needed.
