The Business Assistant will primarily support an executive within a retail showroom specializing in custom kitchens and bathrooms. This role involves managing general administrative tasks and client relationship management, including assisting customers with the product selection process. The position is an on-site position.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings
- Provide administrative support and handle data entry tasks
- Coordinate meetings and prepare documents for contract signing, permitting, etc.
- Track expenses and manage email communications
- Interact with customers or potential customers to assist in product selection
- Maintain organized records and support client relationship management
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in business administration, some experience preferred but not necessary
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Customer service experience preferred but not necessary
