Serve as the organization’s subject matter expert on employee benefits, retirement, and leave programs. Partner directly with the Chief People & Culture Officer and senior leadership. Own annual open enrollment strategy and employee education initiatives. Influence HR technology and data integrity through HRIS and benefits administration oversight. Key Responsibilities for the Benefits Director: Lead the design, analysis, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs. Manage broker, carrier, and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service and performance. Oversee benefits administration, enrollments, eligibility, HRIS data integrity, and audits. Administer FMLA, ADA, disability, workers’ compensation, and leave of absence programs. Direct annual open enrollment planning, execution, and employee communications. Provide benefits reporting and financial data support to Finance and leadership teams. Qualifications for the Benefits Director: 10+ years of HR and/or benefits administration experience. Extensive knowledge of employee benefits, leave administration, and applicable employment laws.Experience managing health, welfare, retirement, and disability programs. HRIS experience required; Workday experience preferred. Associate degree in HR or a related field (or equivalent experience). Bachelor’s degree and SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
