About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Business Development to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives in acquisitions, physician practice partnerships, and de novo expansion. This role involves developing and managing a robust pipeline of opportunities, identifying and evaluating new markets and partners, and overseeing the entire transaction process from initial outreach to integration. The Vice President will work closely with physicians, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure that growth opportunities align with the company's strategic and financial objectives while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and a physician-centric culture. Applicants for the Vice President of Business Development position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and at least 10 years of experience in healthcare business development or a related area. A proven track record in leading complex healthcare transactions and strategic growth initiatives is essential. The role requires strong knowledge of physician practice operations, healthcare reimbursement, financial analysis, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build trusted relationships, influence senior-level stakeholders, and lead cross-functional initiatives. Strong strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills are also necessary, along with the willingness to travel as needed.
