Key Qualifications:

• Current CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for practice as an SLP in Illinois
• Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with K-8 populations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to creating inclusive, supportive learning environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to students with speech and language needs
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support each student’s communication goals
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust services as needed throughout the school year
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive educational planning
