Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Illinois
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) credentials
- Prior experience or strong interest in working with pediatric or school-aged populations
- Effective communicator and committed team player with strong organizational abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students presenting with a range of speech and language needs
- Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions, adapting approaches to meet unique student goals
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation reflecting student performance and therapy outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute speech-language expertise to student support teams
