Compliance Support Specialist

Role Description This is a permanent full-time, in-office position for a Compliance Support Specialist located in Baton Rouge, LA. The Compliance Support Specialist will support the daily operations of our compliance team by managing contractor qualification platforms such as ISNetworld, Avetta, and other client compliance systems. This position is responsible for maintaining compliance documentation, coordinating client submissions, tracking certifications and deadlines, preparing audit documentation, and providing administrative support to ensure clients remain compliant. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of administrative or office support experience preferred Experience with ISNetworld, Avetta, or similar contractor qualification platforms preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Construction, industrial, or safety industry experience is a plus Responsibilities Manage client accounts within ISNetworld, Avetta, and other compliance platforms Upload and maintain safety programs, insurance certificates, training records, OSHA documentation, and other required compliance documents Monitor document expiration dates and coordinate renewals Prepare and submit contractor prequalification packages Maintain organized electronic filing systems and compliance records Assist with client onboarding and ongoing account management Prepare documentation for audits and compliance reviews Generate reports and compile compliance data Communicate with clients, vendors, insurance providers, and internal staff regarding compliance requirements Process invoices and provide general administrative support Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned Competitive salary (based on experience) Medical insurance (employer-paid contribution) Dental & Vision Insurance (100% employer paid) #J-18808-Ljbffr
