Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans that promote their well-being.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals.

• Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitor their progress through regular evaluations and adjustments to their treatment plans.

• Facilitate teletherapy options to accommodate clients with accessibility challenges, ensuring that support is readily available.

• Document client interactions accurately and ethically in accordance with state and federal regulations, maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices, therapeutic techniques, and emerging trends in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse client population, including individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work closely with clients to create a safe and supportive environment where they feel empowered to share their experiences and work towards meaningful recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and time-management skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

While a bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement, we highly encourage applicants with a master's or doctoral degree in related fields, as well as those with previous experience in a clinical counseling setting, to apply. Previous experience in providing teletherapy services is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload responsibilities. Additional benefits include:
