Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine physical capabilities and limitations, utilizing various evaluation methodologies.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that encompass therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and functional training designed to meet specific recovery goals.
• Provide hands-on therapy, guiding patients through exercises and ensuring correct techniques are utilized for optimal recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients on self-management strategies and exercises they can practice at home to promote continued progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate care and track patient progress.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in clinic meetings to discuss treatment strategies and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
