Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and functional capabilities.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on each patient's specific needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Utilizing various techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to enhance patient outcomes.
• Regularly monitoring and documenting patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
• Educating patients and their families on injury prevention, therapeutic exercises, and wellness strategies to achieve long-term health benefits.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with adult patients recovering from a wide range of orthopedic injuries, including post-surgery rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain management. You will develop strong therapeutic relationships with your patients, guiding them through their recovery journey and helping them regain mobility and function.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent educational background in a related field.
• Active Nevada Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• A strong commitment to patient-centered care, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient orthopedics is highly preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous exposure to electronic health record systems and other patient management software will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits
