Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess clients' symptoms related to mood disorders, documenting frequency, intensity, and duration to inform treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment strategies that align with their individual goals and values.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting approaches to meet client needs.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, including treatment options and self-care practices to enhance their well-being.

• Monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs.

• Work alongside psychiatrists and medical professionals to ensure integrated care for clients.

• Stay current with research in mood disorders and therapy techniques to continuously enhance treatment outcomes.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations and continuous professional development workshops.

• Advocate for clients' needs, promoting mental health awareness and addressing stigma in the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Clarity Path Mental Wellness, you will work with diverse client populations, specifically individuals struggling with mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. You will also provide support to vulnerable groups, including the homeless, refugees, and survivors of domestic violence, enabling you to make a meaningful difference in their lives and contribute to their emotional resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Current, active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships.

• Possess strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
