Jouw rol Als Credit Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van openstaande posten van residenten en het ondersteunen van onze sites in een correcte en efficiénte financiële opvolging. Je combineert een analytische aanpak met een sterke ondersteuning van de operationele teams. Je zorgt voor een evenwicht tussen een correcte financiële opvolging en een menselijke aanpak. Wat ga je doen? Inplannen en uitvoeren van reviews met de sites om openstaande posten (residenten) te overlopen en te controleren of procedures correct worden gevolgd Ondersteunen van sites bij problemen of vragen rond dossiers Aanmaken van domiciliëerings- en terugbetalingsbatches Beantwoorden van vragen rond residentendossiers (domiciliëeringen, historiek, betalingen, …) Actieve ondersteuning bieden aan de sites in hun dagelijkse werking Geven van opleidingen rond processen en procedures #J-18808-Ljbffr
