About the Role
Join a dynamic HR team as a Staffing Coordinator III, where you'll drive seamless onboarding and offboarding for both internal employees and external vendors. This contract role offers a hybrid schedule (Tues-Thurs in office; Mon/Fri remote) in Allentown, PA. Leverage your recruiting experience and attention to detail to ensure an outstanding employee experience while advancing your HR career in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end onboarding, including HR paperwork, system access, and documentation for new hires (internal and vendor)
- Coordinate with HR on background checks, drug testing, and start date readiness
- Set up new employees in HRIS and submit IT tickets for hardware, software, and system access
- Ensure secure handling of confidential information and compliance with onboarding requirements
- Administer onboarding materials, training completion, and initial program set-up for new hires
- Track and report onboarding status, escalating HR or technical issues as needed
- Oversee offboarding processes for both vendors and internal staff
- Maintain audit and compliance records, including timesheets and continuing education tracking

Required Skills and Experience

- 2-5 years HR onboarding or recruiting experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
- Experience working cross-functionally

Preferred Skills

- LinkedIn Recruiter experience
- Indeed platform familiarity
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
