Director OF Operations

The Director of Operations provides leadership, direction, and strategic oversight for manufacturing operations within a highly regulated medical device environment. This role is responsible for driving operational performance, developing high-performing teams, improving efficiency, and ensuring the successful execution of site objectives related to quality, delivery, cost, and growth. Description Lead overall manufacturing operations and site performance Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, cost, and capacity Oversee production, engineering, warehouse, and inventory management functions Establish performance metrics and accountability measures Ensure facilities, equipment, and processes support efficient operations Improve lead times, productivity, and manufacturing performance Collaborate with HR, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales teams Support short- and long-term business planning initiatives Lead capacity planning and resource optimization efforts Develop high-performing teams through coaching and mentorship Foster a culture of operational excellence, safety, and compliance Support customer requirements and strategic growth initiatives Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, ISO, and regulatory standards MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
