Sales & Commercial Manager - Unified Communications Position Overview As a Sales & Commercial Manager, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships within the unified communications sector. You will lead a team of sales professionals, guiding them to achieve sales targets while ensuring exceptional service to clients. In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of unified communications technologies to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with our business goals. Salary & Benefits The estimated base salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 a year. Please note we are happy to have conversations around salary expectations, and will assess each candidate on their own experience and merits. Responsibilities Team Leadership: You will lead and mentor a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles. Strategic Planning: You will develop and execute comprehensive sales plans that drive growth and maximize market opportunities within the unified communications sector. Client Engagement: You will cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring long-term satisfaction. Sales Performance: You will monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Sales Proposals: You will oversee the preparation and delivery of high-quality sales proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements. Collaboration: You will work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and product offerings. Market Analysis: You will conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in unified communications. Qualifications & Experience Experience: You should have substantial experience in sales management or a similar role within the technology or telecommunications sector. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth is essential. Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management skills are required to guide and motivate your team effectively. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary for building relationships with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM software and analytics tools is expected to manage performance insights. Attributes: You should be strategic-minded, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
