THE WORKPerform contracts management functions across the spectrum of actions associated with providing supplies and services, from capture through proposal, contract award, and all phases of contract administration. Provide business advice and guidance to and coordinate with other functions including program management, finance, legal, subcontracts, business development, engineering, human resources, accounting, and compliance to effectively manage a breadth of responsibilities, including contract solicitations / capture, negotiations, and contract terms, including fulfillment of related obligations. Serve as authorized, empowered representative for the Company as interface with Customer buying representatives responsible for building effective relationships and managing contracts to support business goals and objectives. Coordinate solutions to contractual issues and Customer concerns related to Company performance. Ensure contractual compliance with all laws and regulations, and adherence to Delegation of Authority and approval requirements for proposals and contractual actions. Lead and support audits, as appropriate, with internal and external audit teams and agencies to support contract-related activities and verify compliance. Ensure final contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiations. May plan and participate in training of contract practices within Company. Join us and help ensure that our warfighters have the best possible tools to succeed in their missions.Basic Qualifications- Bachelors degree or higher in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.- Experience with international proposals, contract negotiations, and contract administration- Significant experience with international military and direct commercial sales customersDesired Skills- Experience in contract administration and negotiations, including solid understanding and familiarity with International and Commercial Contracts.- Excellent oral and written communications skills and the ability to effectively interact at all levels within the organization and with external customers.- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment and work well under pressurePay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
