Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at In Touch Psychotherapy Services, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients to identify mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s strengths and challenges.

• Providing individual, couples, and family therapy while adapting therapeutic techniques to suit various ages and needs, employing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, educators, and community resources to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care strategies for students and their families.

• Maintaining accurate client documentation and progress notes in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies to ensure effective treatment continuity.

• Engaging in continuous professional development through supervision sessions, training, and workshops to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
