We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time capacity at Sunrise Behavioral Health PC. This remote position focuses on providing essential evaluation and support services for children and their families, enhancing developmental outcomes for our youngest patients.

Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection to our Hospice Center in New Castle, Colorado. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, each dedicated to delivering high-quality support and services to families with children in need. We utilize digital tools and platforms for effective communication and planning, ensuring seamless service delivery across various family needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs and strengths of children and families.
\n
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to each child's unique requirements.
\n
• Monitor and assess outcomes collaboratively with team members to ensure effective support and development strategies are in place.
\n
• Provide evidence-based interventions and support strategies to families, enhancing their capacity to foster their child's development.
\n
• Utilize a coaching model and principles of natural environment teaching, promoting development within familiar contexts.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all Federal and State regulations while facilitating a safe and supportive environment for both staff and families.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is children under three years of age who are experiencing delays in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. You will work actively with parents and caregivers, empowering them with the knowledge and support necessary to nurture their child’s growth and development effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited program.
\n
• Current licensure as an LCSW by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
\n
• A commitment to integrating Natural Learning Environment Practices in your therapeutic approach.
\n
• Excellent organizational, time management, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
\n
• Respect for diverse perspectives and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary range for this position is USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
