Work Environment\n

This position is based in Corpus Christi, Texas, but allows for a fully remote working arrangement, making it accessible for qualified professionals regardless of location. Our hospice center specializes in providing services for the youngest members of our community—specifically children with disabilities and developmental delays. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will have a diverse set of responsibilities that are crucial in delivering effective early intervention services:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to determine developmental needs and produce individualized service plans.

• Participate in and facilitate Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development and implementation, ensuring that family strengths and needs guide the services offered.

• Monitor progress and outcomes in collaboration with other team members, adjusting interventions as necessary based on observations and results.
\n
• Provide support and guidance to families, equipping them with the necessary skills and information that enhance their child's overall development.
\n
• Comply with all applicable federal and state guidelines to uphold the highest standard of care and safety for clients and staff.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of children and families, often implementing strategies based on the Natural Learning Environment Practices.

• Establish strong rapport with children and families to create a nurturing and effective learning atmosphere.
\n
• Document services effectively and participate in team meetings to share insights and collaborate on treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on providing services to children from birth to age three who may experience delays in physical, cognitive, or emotional development. Your interaction with these young families will help foster skills that are critical in the early years of development, laying a firm foundation as they grow. Our interdisciplinary team approach integrates various perspectives to achieve effective outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must fulfill the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license for possible travel requirements related to client services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
