Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the client's unique needs.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to facilitate healing.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions based on assessment findings.

• Collaborate regularly with the treatment team to ensure a coordinated and client-centered approach to care.

• Offer crisis intervention services, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans as situations arise.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and connection among clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on working with students and families within the school environment, addressing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
