This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in managing your schedule while providing essential services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments upon client intake, exploring their mental health history, personal strengths, and potential barriers to treatment.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a range of evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and tailor personalized treatment plans that outline achievable goals and track progress over time, adjusting them as necessary based on client feedback and outcomes.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure integrated care and holistic support for clients, including involvement in case conferences and treatment planning meetings.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups that address common mental health issues, promoting community support among participants.

• Provide crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments and safety planning as required to ensure the immediate well-being of clients.

• Maintain stringent documentation practices that comply with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that client records are up-to-date and reflective of treatment processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse patient population that includes children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a variety of mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other trauma-related conditions. You will actively engage with clients from different backgrounds, reinforcing the importance of culturally competent care and tailored interventions based on individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

Preferred Experience\n
