Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations to assess clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, which will inform individualized treatment plans.

• Implement individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Design and execute customized treatment programs outlining specific goals and interventions, regularly reviewing and adjusting them based on clients’ progress.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure an integrated approach to client care, facilitating referrals and support as needed.

• Provide crisis intervention services and conduct risk assessments when necessary, developing comprehensive safety plans to address immediate concerns.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, contributing to organizational accountability and high-quality care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups, enhancing clients’ social skills and coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
