Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior LCSW, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand the mental health needs and challenges faced by students and families.

• Developing detailed treatment plans that utilize evidence-based methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintaining accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring timely documentation and reporting.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, such as school psychologists and educational staff, to provide holistic support and develop integrated treatment approaches for students.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on working with children and adolescents facing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, focusing on providing psychotherapy and support services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
