Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather insights regarding students' mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy, tailored to the needs of school-aged clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting clear goals and therapeutic interventions in collaboration with clients and their families.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and risk assessment methods, providing immediate support and planning for safety as needed.

• Collaborate with educational staff, including teachers and school counselors, to ensure integrated services and comprehensive care for each student.

• Keep accurate and timely documentation compliant with ethical and legal requirements, maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all interactions.

• Lead psychoeducation classes and support groups, empowering clients with knowledge and skills to navigate their mental health challenges.

This role emphasizes working with a diverse population of school-aged children and adolescents, across various backgrounds and with a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years' experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, particularly with children and adolescents.

• Demonstrated knowledge of and competence in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and treatment modalities.
