Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Implementing a range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that treatment is personalized to meet individual client needs and preferences.

• Maintaining detailed and timely clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and high standards of record-keeping.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of specialists, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational professionals, to provide well-rounded and effective care for students.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance care quality and share best practices across the team.

• Offering educational support to patients and their families regarding mental health topics, treatment modalities, and available community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position emphasizes a focus on school-aged children and adolescents, many of whom may face challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The offered salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
