Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Streamline, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality individual therapy and couple counseling for clients spanning various age groups, ensuring that each client receives tailored support that meets their specific needs.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with compliance standards and best practices.

• Managing your appointment calendar and scheduling sessions to ensure consistent and effective therapy, while fostering strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Partaking in collaborative case reviews with fellow therapists to share insights and develop best practices that enhance client care.

• Utilizing a billing service that streamlines the handling of claims, client accounts, insurance verifications, and payment plans, allowing you to focus on client interaction rather than administrative tasks.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a varied patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults. The focus will be on addressing diverse clinical presentations such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and family dynamics. This role requires strong cultural competence and the ability to connect with clients from different backgrounds, making it essential that you are adaptable and sensitive to individual circumstances.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

• A professionally recognized degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to practice independently.

• Minimum availability of 20-25 hours a week, including two evenings each week.
