Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health challenges and resources available to them.

• Provide individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop customized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals, interventions, and strategies to achieve desired outcomes.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with multidisciplinary teams to share insights on client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, perform risk assessments, and establish safety plans when urgent problems arise.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately and promptly in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals undergoing detoxification, encompassing a range of mental health issues exacerbated by substance use. You will work with a varied client base, including adults and adolescents, many of whom face challenges such as addiction, dual diagnosis, anxiety disorders, and trauma recovery. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
