Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, and develop personalized treatment plans aligning with best practices.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques, to address differing client needs.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health resources and coping strategies to foster resilience.

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies to track client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops, conferences, and training on emerging therapeutic trends and practices.

The ideal candidate will engage with a diverse array of clients, primarily focusing on adult and senior populations experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
