Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Implement treatment frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Engage in interprofessional collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care delivery.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and comprehensive safety planning for clients in acute distress.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation to adhere to ethical and legal standards, ensuring accountability and transparency in client care.

• Facilitate remote group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups aimed at fostering community and resilience.

Qualifications\n
