Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior LICSW at Impartial Counseling Services, you will engage in a variety of direct clinical tasks, including:

• Conducting detailed psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Administering individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Formulating and implementing comprehensive, individualized treatment strategies that align with clients' goals and therapeutic needs.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive and client-centered care.

• Providing timely crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning to support clients in urgent situations.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all client records are up-to-date.

• Organizing and leading group therapy sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups to enhance peer support and community engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve engaging with a diverse clientele that reflects a wide spectrum of backgrounds and mental health needs. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
