Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather essential information regarding clients’ mental health histories, strengths, and concerns.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that specify measurable goals and effective interventions tailored to each client’s unique challenges.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering a sense of community and peer support among clients.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care to clients.

• Perform crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and establish safety plans as necessary to ensure the well-being of clients.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client progress and interventions in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
