Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information about clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that set clear goals and define interventions tailored to client needs.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, educators, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care for clients.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to promote resilience and connection among participants.

• Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate intervention, risk assessment, and necessary safety planning.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with all ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
