Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations that assess clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy to facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Design and implement individualized treatment programs tailored to each client’s unique needs, setting specific goals and interventions to guide their healing journey.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups that address common issues faced by students and their families.

• Provide crisis intervention services in high-pressure situations, including analyzing risks and developing safety plans for at-risk clients.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation in adherence to ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with both state regulations and clinic policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. This population often includes students experiencing anxiety, depression, bullying, family conflicts, and other socio-emotional difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this important role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
