Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive psychosocial assessments, gathering important information on students' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources available both at home and in school.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy—to provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving specific therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and other stakeholders.

• Engage with school staff to provide psychoeducation and support services tailored to students' needs, facilitating resilience within the school context.

• Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessment and safety planning, to manage acute mental health issues effectively.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards related to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, ensuring a solid foundation in clinical practices and ethical frameworks.
