Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, ensuring personalized treatment approaches.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities to address diverse psychological needs.

• Implement therapeutic interventions based on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to facilitate client healing.

• Develop individualized treatment plans outlining clear goals and interventions tailored to meet each client's unique needs.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention and risk assessments, providing safety plans and immediate support as necessary.
\n
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements to ensure quality service delivery.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, promoting community support and shared experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
