Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual psychotherapy to patients experiencing mental health concerns as part of their substance abuse treatment.

• Conducting thorough assessments to develop personalized treatment plans grounded in solution-based interventions.

• Administering various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to each client's recovery process.

• Maintaining comprehensive and compliant clinical records to support the progression of care.

• Collaborating closely with a treatment team consisting of medical professionals, psychologists, and fellow social workers to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.

• Educating patients and their families on available mental health and substance abuse resources.

• Staying abreast of the latest research and integrating findings into therapeutic practices to continuously improve treatment effectiveness.

You will work with a diverse clientele facing substance abuse disorders, ranging from those in early recovery to individuals requiring ongoing support. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
