This position is designed for remote work, offering flexibility while still connecting you with clients who require assistance. You will interact with clients primarily through phone consultations and virtual meetings, ensuring that you have the tools required to provide effective services without being limited by geographical constraints. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs, gathering pertinent information to inform treatment plans.

• Provide both in-person and telephonic support, ensuring clients receive timely assistance during crises.

• Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental wellness and personal development.

• Facilitate referrals to community resources and interdisciplinary teams, ensuring holistic care for clients.

• Document client progress meticulously, maintaining accurate records that adhere to compliance standards.

• Remain vigilant for signs of potential child abuse or neglect, intervening appropriately in line with legal requirements and best practices.

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques to stabilize clients in distress, employing de-escalation strategies effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with children and families facing issues of neglect, domestic violence, and mental health struggles. This role requires sensitivity and adaptability, as each client presents unique challenges that require individualized attention and tailored intervention strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related human services field is required.
\n
• A valid clinical social work license in the state of Texas (LCSW) is mandatory.

• A strong understanding of mental health disorders, crisis intervention techniques, and trauma-informed care.

• Proficient with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as telehealth and client management systems.

• Exceptional communication skills, with a capacity to actively listen, empathize, and build rapport with diverse populations.

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for potential in-person client meetings or community outreach programs.
